- The maximum number of overs a bowler can bowl during a 45 over game is now 12.
- Junior players are now classed as anyone who is under 19 as of midnight 31st August 2009.
- I am checking with the league but it would appear that there is no longer a limit on the number of consecutive overs a junior bowler can bowl. I've read the rules twice and still can't see where there is a limit.
When i get a confirmation I will update this post.
EDIT : The number of overs someone under the Age of 18/19 can bowl in a row is now 7.
Why does the League hate bowlers?

I have no idea, i think many leagues are changing to 12 overs maximum. It does mean you will have more energy to use! ;)
