Week 9 saw both East Keswick teams storm to impressive victories.
The 1st team racked up 263 all out against Old Leodiensians, before bowling them out for 138 and giving them an easy 125 run victory. This keeps them on top of League 2, ahead of Thorner and Leeds Police.
The 2nd team travelled to Amaranth and were put into bat where they scored an impressive 250/7. Andrew Hirst scored 44, Sajid Ali 84, James Cosgrove 46 and Mohammed Ashfaq 35. In reply Amaranth were skittled out for just 76 with Sajid Ali returning figures of 14-6-10-3, and James Cosgrove 9-0-24-4. This ensured a 174 run victory and all six points whilst keeping the team within touching distance of second place in the division.
