I won’t include the important ones as Ill leave that for the end of season get together, but here are some random stats for the 2009 Season. The entire spreadsheet will be available later for anyone who is interested in having a look...I'll happily compile the first team ones if someone passes me the scorebook.
Batting
* East Keswick A scored 52% of all their 3,696 runs in boundaries.
* Those 3,696 runs came at a season average of 4.35 runs per over
* And at an average of 22.13 per batsman
* The highest team score was 312, the lowest 68 and the average score was 176.
* There were 371 fours and 71 sixes scored during the season, with 15 players hitting at least 1 six.
* A total of 161 East Keswick wickets were lost during the season.
* 55 batsmen were bowled, 85 caught out, 11 LBW, 7 run out and 3 stumped.
Bowling
* East Keswick conceded 3,018 runs in the field.
* 39% of these runs came in boundaries
* At an average of 3.55 runs per over
* They took 170 wickets at an average of 16.17 runs per wicket.
* At a strike rate of 23.13 balls per wicket.
* 130 maidens were bowled, or 15% of all overs bowled.
* 271 wides and no balls were bowled…
* Which equates to an extra 45 overs of ‘extra’ bowling.
Fielding
* A total of 106 catches came East Keswick’s way during the season.
* 60 of these were caught.
* 46 of these were dropped.
* 56.60% of all possible catches were taken.
* There were 5 run outs during the season.
